Panel Built systems – Eco-SIPs

For enclosed structures we have developed our own Structurally Insulated Panel (SIP) system. 

These bespoke wooden panels are filled with insulation and are designed and manufactured to fit perfectly around a frame.

This enables us to build super insulated structures with very low U Values. These adaptable panels can be integrated into a traditional timber frame or a more lightweight stick frame.

Our panel system is based on a double stud wall build up with breathable insulation. The panels are insulated, made airtight and weatherproof in the factory.

In this way they can be quality controlled to the high degree required to meet the Passivhaus standard.

Our panels earn the eco part of their name on a number of counts; through the materials we use, the methods we employ and the efficiency and longevity of the finished building.
